I had such a great experience at Park Royal Insurance with Zoe! She was super friendly and really took the time to help me. She made everything so easy to understand and answered my questions with patience. I felt like she cared about making sure I was covered and had peace of mind. She even sent me the quote first so I could review and decide.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had a store. An employee spent 20min with a customer trying to do a return and didn’t know how. Come to find out it was her very first day and no one was there to help her? She also barely spoke English and was having a tough time and not one employee around to supervise her or help her out in anyway. I asked her if there was a crafting section, she didn’t know what “crafts” meant. I asked her if they sell rhinestones, she didn’t know what “rhinestones” were. I went to ask someone else, she also didn’t speak English and had to google translate what crafts were and what rhinestones were.

Complete flop using their photo services. Was told by 2 employees our film would be developed the same day! Clarified this as we were travelling. Go to pick up, guess what? 3-4 days. Made several phone calls and attempts to get information about our photos. Every employee seemed lacking in knowledge, care or support. Was able to finally pick up order one week later on way to airport. Spent half an hour on the phone while driving in from Whistler and they still didn’t have it ready for me.

London Drugs is one of the best retailers around! Great merchandise with fantastic prices - lots of surprise items too (found a great deal on Hunter Boots once). BC owned and operated. Friendly and helpful staff, especially in the photo, computer and cosmetics areas.

Izzie (I hope I spelled it right) the pharmacist was super helpful and patient with my questions, and had my prescriptions ready right away when I was done asking for help!

I’ve never had any issues at this pharmacy. I have been a regular patient since forever and it’s my go-to. I tried to go to a pharmacy close-by where I currently reside and it just isn’t the same experience.

They all do an excellent job!

Apple might lose me as a customer from sending me to London drugs to get my phone fixed , They just cannot help. It was very frustrating. Paying for years for apple care and they won’t even look unless I pay more so I left

The new older woman at the service desk doesn't understand the policies of Canadian supermarkets: if a price tag is incorrect or an item is damaged, it can be given to the customer for free under $10 or at a discount! Such an employee should be fired, as she has acted on her own understanding, harming the customer's interests and violating the statutory policies of Canadian supermarket consumers.

Just went to buy a rode wireless go 11 mic both boxes have been opened and scotch taped back together. I said they’re used they disagreed and said I can still return them I purchased them and they aren’t charged obviously used and no discount. Terrible service, also their prices on everything is awful.
