A decent Kroger location.

I love how they have the free fruit for children and discounted bananas when they get really ripe.

The customer service is always good at this location. I never had a bad experience here that I can remember.

They sell great vegan, vegetarian, and paleo grocery items.

They have good sushi!

Overall, it was a good experience, and you most likely won't regret shopping at this location.

This location has issues with being stocked on items that are in stock, but this location also has expired items very often on their shelves. Just tonight at 8:45 on 10/2/24, these items that expired July 30, 2024 were on an end cap. Brought it to the self check out man’s attention, and he seemed to not understand or perhaps there was a language barrier issue; with me speaking the English language.

Don't go here unless you plan on waiting in line all day. No cashiers, only 5 self checkouts by the door are opened. Nobody is even at the service desk but I counted 6 employees that were just standing around not doing anything. They could at least open the other area if self checkouts. The line was all the across the front of the store, reaching over to the pharmacy area.

This is one of the worst krogers I have ever been too. Never any cashiers, never any baggers. They also always have incorrect tags up and never honor the price. The worst thing recently is their floral department. It is a WRECK. Dying plants everywhere, desk is disgusting and cluttered, and always poorly stocked. I’ll continue to take my business Nextdoor to the Publix where they take care of their customers

By FAR the worst Kroger I have ever been to. The staff here is rude as hell. Daisy was HORRRRRIBLE to me and my father today. Rude, no help, had an attitude and disrespected us. I highly suggest going to the Publix down the road it’s so much cleaner, and the customer service there is actually helpful.

This is the Absolute Worst Grocery Store Ever (no exaggeration).

Not only is this the worst Kroger, it’s the worst grocery store—it’s worse than piggly wiggly, Food Depot, you name it. It never once in more than a year has had all of my shopping items (never— not once). They love to run sales on items they don’t have. You are purposefully invisible to the deli counter— even when there aren’t other customers. You can’t ever find an employee (or if you do, they have earbuds in or again purposely ignore you). They have about 20 self-service checkouts, but you are guaranteed to trip the machine and “need to call attendant” multiple times to finish checking out. The attendant will be texting or listening to earbuds (haha). So, wait in line for the cashier. Great. Put all your like items together (frozen together, meats together, cleaners together, produce together) on the belt to ease it up for the bagger— though most likely you’re the bagger… (haha). If you find yourself getting a bagger, know that the universe is smiting you. They what must be intentionally bag one item from each of your nicely separated categories— together! (Haha). Cleanliness—rotfl (but not at Kroger— it’s way too filthy). Need a shopping cart? Look no further than— well, just keep looking. Try rummaging around the parking lot until you spot one. In all seriousness, I can’t fathom how a store can be so terrible.

This store is too cluttered. The shelves are over six feet high and you cannot maneuver 2 carts in same aisle. It feels clusterfobic. There is too many display items especially the sale bins when you first enter store.

While we have had mixed experiences in the past, our last visit (8/2) was possibly the worst ever. 1 cashier working with a long line, and we witnessed several employees standing around self check chatting. Cashier never called for assistance. Bagger started to help but left in the middle of our order to go stand with other employees. No Manager in sight, even after the request for one.
Cashier is ONLY employee who interacted with us in spite of constantly passing in-store shoppers. Kroger clearly has disdain for in-store customers. Kroger, if you only want pick-up/delivery customers, why do you maintain Brick and Mortar stores that are employed & managed by people who won’t help customers? From 20 year+ retail veterans
