Everyone here is friendly, the guy with the grey and red beard is SO helpful and generally friendly. There is also an older Black gentleman who I've seen once or twice and yes also VERY helpful and kind ? they always know exactly where everything is even after bringing in new product!

I can't walk due to a back injury. I called to make sure they had an item in stock as I live over 20 miles away. I asked the person who answered the phone how much the devices were since I needed to send my wife to the their store with cash. Instead of getting an idea of the price I was told they don't disclose prices over the phone. I only ever used this store as they had been the only vape store in fond du lac that was good to me. I won't be using them again. This kind of gatekeeping is ridiculous. They have lost a customer for life.

I think the sales rep's name was Sam, he told me but I have a hard time with names. Took me from 0 knowledge to leaving understanding my purchase and how to take care of it in under an hour. He was friendly and extremely attentive making sure i would enjoy the flavors I left with. His manager showed up around the end of the transaction and threw in a battery case to make sure I didn't accidentally set something on fire. The guys that were there cared about the product, my experience, and my safety. 10/10 will return.

I've been going to this vape shop for years. Staff are always willing to help when needed, including the management! Their house brands of juice are excellent, and I recommend "gummy breath" and "Piña colada" if you can't make up your mind.

They have a good assortment of tanks, regulated mods, and accessories. They also have a great selection of cigars for most occasions.

Their batteries are great for regulated mods, but don't suggest them for mechanical mods. (Not many battery brands can keep up with mech-mods nowadays)

Overall, this business location has been the go-to for me for years.
