Great to make it here. For the size of this place and how much they make you would expect them to clean the area better. Trash everywhere. Sad to see such a beautiful place not taken care of properly. They make tons of money here. Hire 1 person it would take 1 or 2 days.

Incredible fields. Perfectly manicured landscape. An abundance of shaded seating was the respectful cherry on top. Nothing like being able to focus on the game instead of hauling tents and hiding from the sun. Wish more ballparks would follow! Concessions had awesome pricing and a wide variety of food and drink. Gorgeous complex to walk around.

What a beautiful park, even in the rain late at night. Just a great facility. Bleacher/stadium seats with coverage from sun. Concession were fantastic!! Lots of variety at great prices. Vendors present with merchandise. Restrooms could have used a little tidy.

What an awesome complex this could be! But the amount of trash is so nasty it feels like you’re at the city dump. I could have filled my memory up taking pictures. Beer cans, food wrappers and even a dirty tampon. There’s so much trash it blows on the warning tracks and foul territory on both sides. I’ve witnessed the trash kids empty a can, drop trash and just keep going with out picking it up. I haven’t seen one person walking around with a grabber picking up anything. One of these pics is even at a PG tent after they packed up to leave for the day. Didn’t even care to pick up their own mess. For the amount of money you bring in and how much money has been spent to build this beautiful complex no one takes care of it. I wouldn’t be worried about players seeds and gum on the field. I’d be worried about hiring more staff to keep your facility clean for patrons and basic upkeep to your investment. I hope the next time we’re here I can change this review.

Coach Parris is exceptional! His ability to explain complex baseball techniques in a way kids understand is impressive. After just two sessions, my son's swing improved significantly, thanks to Coach Parris’s clear guidance and expertise. He’s polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping young players grow. We’re grateful for his support and look forward to booking more sessions when we're back in town. Highly recommended!

There should be an automatic admission discount whenever SCOREBOARDS ARE NOT WORKING, right?

Also parking was jammed-full. This must be standard-operating procedure, because Kell High School was set up to charge $5 parking on a Sunday.

To echo several other reviews, "this place COULD be so nice".
