Management, please train your drivers better or release them. This was the 2nd “delivery attempt” INDIRECT signature required AND provided with the door slip as requested from the previous day. We were waiting for the driver (Tykeisha) all day. She pulled up, saw the signed door slip, left another door slip directly under the signed door slip, specifying that the recipient must be present for the delivery, which is incorrect, but regardless; She did not attempt to make contact whatsoever. There was no knock at the door, no beeping the horn, nothing. We were sitting next to the door the whole time. Upon reviewing our cameras after the fact, we found that she was quick to leave another door slip with no care nor urgency to deliver our EXPRESS delivery package. What kind of express service takes longer than freight to deliver? The package doesn’t even weigh 1lb. The lack of professionalism, training, and courtesy is unfortunately a reflection upon management. Hopefully some changes are made sooner than later, the number of 1 star Google reviews for this FedEx location is concerning to say the least.

Never tried to deliver my package even though they said they did. I've been home the entire time and no door tag was on my door. Got a text said I could pick it up at their facility at 2pm. The place closes at 1pm. What am I supposed to do? My package was time sensitive and now I won't have it in time.
Don't even get me started about their customer service over the phone.
I called the sender to let them know the situation. They said it appears the package is being sent back to them. This means I was lied to by customer service when I was told they would try delivery again on Monday.

8/10/24, I received a notification that my package was attempted to be delivered but it was unsuccessful. I found that to be strange because my package did not require a signature, I have no fence or pets. I check my cameras and your employee literally pulled up, sat for a second and then pulled off. Yall need to do better

This is the worst fedex around my area, the people are very poor trained, there is no enough people to help, take forever.
There is a black woman who serves the customer and she is very unfriendly, she makes people feel like they are begging. It would be good if she received proper training on how to serve the customer so that the customer feels confident and leaves happy and recommends FedEx as a place where customer service is outstanding.

This is for FedEx in general not this particular office. I had a package that should have been delivered last night. But somehow it went to California not Florida. Would love to know how that happened. Now it won’t be here for 3 or more days. Good thing it wasn’t anything I needed. (Not!) There’s an old joke that goes, “Fedex is merging with UPS and will soon be known as FedUP.” That’s how I’m feeling right now, FedUP with FedEx.

I cannot stand this company, they came to deliver my package and left a slip then came back the next day where I signed the slip to release the package and left another slip. So frustrating then I called and they said I’d need to be there to release the package for a redeliver the same day and had to be home between 1pm-8pm so I’m sitting here for 7 hours and they never showed up. Absolute trash company. Don’t even give you a chance to make it to the door before they take off and can’t pick it up at their location which is what it seems I have to do every time something comes through fedex. Never have this probably with any other shipping company, hopefully they go out of business soon

So this is all due to a driver who cannot seem to find or knock on a front door. Or even the driveway at a minimum, my home security video shows him just driving by two days in a row. So anyways numerous calls to fed ex corp later, who gives me the option to pick up package at this location.. This location has a gentleman at the front desk who seems to take his job very seriously.. And if you don’t have the tracking number to a package that you don’t have the tracking number to he will refuse to help you.. Even after speaking with fed ex customer service numerous times and being told that you do not need anything but photo ID and address since I don’t know this items tracking number.. Wrong 🙂 no help whatsoever until you call fed ex customer service again and spend another 20mins to get a tracking number their system has that I don’t 🙂 time in my life I will not get back wasted in incompetent bureaucracy
