I went to Skymart to get my photo taken and was very disappointed. The woman sitting there didn’t even know how to take a proper photo. The specifications for the photo were incorrect, and the picture was unclear, making it unsuitable for my passport renewal application.

The previous week, a guy took a better photo, but it wasn't acceptable because of the color of my dress. He advised me to come back if there were any issues, assuring me that he would take a new photo for me free of charge.

However, when I returned today, the woman was hesitant to take my photo at first. Eventually, she agreed but then charged me an extra $9.99 plus tax for a digital copy. I had already paid $28.59 for two copies and ended up paying extra for no reason. When I requested a clear picture, she insisted it was taken with the same camera as before. However, using the same camera doesn’t guarantee clarity; you need to know how to take a good photo.

In total, I paid $40.20 for two photos and left without any suitable options for my renewal. She wasn’t listening to my concerns and pretended to know better. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated. I really wish the guy from last week had been there to help me get a better photo.

Please, Skymart, hire people who know how to take photos, especially when you advertise that they will be taken by a professional.

Worst service ever.
The woman there was rude and dumb but acting as if she knows everything. My passport photo got refused because of her incapability to take good photo.

I recently used this location’s DHL postal service for an urgent matter, and I’m so glad I found them. Zoya answered my call right away, patiently addressed my questions, and helped me with my requirements when I dropped in. Her promptness and support made a huge difference, especially since no other locations or couriers were able to assist. I highly recommend their service!

Doesn’t know what exactly are they doing, they ask you about what is the size for usa visa photo requirements. And they do not clarify the price also do not show the photos they take. Just randomly take whatever they want to take.
Just find bettet place to take picture don’t go to this place.
I just wasted my 16.75 dollars

I’ve not used their service however, I had called to inquire about purolator drop off services. On the first call, no one picked up. Within 5 minutes, someone called back. I explained what I was looking for and the gentlemen told me they do not accept purolator returns but told me staples can handle all purolator returns (which I was not aware of) saved me the trip and was able to go to the nearest staples to return my purolator drop off.

Although I did not use the service here, the gentlemen provided amazing customer service (which is severely lacking these days). Thank you!

Went there to get my daughter's passport, boyfriend, and myself photos done. It didn't say I had a book online to get $9.99 price. When I called the store to make sure that was the price and that he had time for us to come in within the hour he said yeah sure no problem and told me $9.99 was the price anyways we go there and once we were finished he tried charging us like almost $20 each when I verified over the phone previously to come in there the price. ALSO, he never told me that my daughter couldn't have elastic's in her hair showing on top of her head so now she can't even use her photo for the passport it got denied! He was also very rude and called me a liar when I even showed him my call history I literally talked to him 20 mins prior to coming In, as I live up the street ...

Came here for Passport photos and Amit was very kind and helpful. He got my photos done very quickly which a appreciated very much. Excellent service and I recommend this place for any passport needs you may have. They also have courier services.

Unbelievably shoddy service. I paid 140$ for shipping a laptop from whiterock to calgary. This place collected my shipment and charged me on the credit card and gave me a transaction receipt and didn't even give me a shipping tracking number saying that they'll email it later.
2 days down, the tracking number they emailed me says it hasn't even been picked up yet.
Called them a bunch of times to even get them to answer and they have the most don't care not my fault response. It's my business critical shipment that needs to be there this week which is why I paid the premium.
The status says it hasn't even been picked up yet and they charged me for next day delivery.
Messed up service with ppl who don't know what they're doing and staff that don't really care. Do yourself a favor and never set foot in this place, ship from somewhere else.
