Been having ongoing conversations with Smarthome devices inc for some time now. I was looking for a specific fridge. They kept me up to date on the fridge and everything I needed to know inbetween. Ordered on a Monday and was delivered on a Tuesday. Absolutely fastest delivery I've ever experienced. Delivery guys were very careful and informative. Delivered with lots of care. Price was the lowest I could find for this particular model by a mile. Everyone at Smarthome devices was extremely helpful and I'd recommend them to everyone.

I've bought several items from this company and as a sales person who's been helping me quit from the store I directly spoke to the Owner, Sai to finalize the order. It was already very difficult process to get my items that I've finalized ordering with him and the fridge was not working since day 1. The owner sent a random guy who was self called a technician and he has done anything and asking him what's the reason of breakage and asked to call the owner directly that he can't disclose any information. As well as the dishwasher was totally a different model that I've agreed to purchase. After numerous time of trying to get hold of the owner via email, he has agreed to pick up the items and return the fund which never happened. I'm waiting for the Consumer Protection Office to proceed further and in the mean time, will be submitting a file through a small court. You pay for what you get and it's not just about the money but consider all the stress that you are going to suffer based on my review and all the other reviews who has left one star.

PS. Sai, as I've mentioned to you before I'm going to get the media involved and just don't try to make any excuses as you already know what you've delivered and this is how you do business.

UPDATE AS OF Sept 25, 2024

All of sudden after I wrote a review on google, the owner has sent me the E-transfer for the cost of the fridge. However, the fridge still hasn't been picked up despite the owner promising a pick up guy will be calling me like 10 days ago I still haven't received any call yet. I have already tried calling, texting him to let me know the date and he has not replied at all. It's really stressful that this is always the case when I try to communicate with this person.

P.S You are suggesting me to not harass anyone in any field? Please prove if there was any action that I or my family has taken to harm or harass any of your employee. This is such as nonsense that I get those suggestion from you where you are not even answering or replying back for 10 days with promising your customer. If I don't hear back from you by until the end of Sept of 2025, I will dispose the fridge at my cost. Look forward to hearing back from you.

Absolutely terrible experience with Smarthome Devices. I initially chose this store because they promised to deliver my appliance within a specific time frame, but they completely failed to keep their commitment. Not only did the delivery not happen as promised, but the store didn’t bother to communicate any delays. I found myself constantly calling and emailing, hoping for updates, only to be met with silence. No one took the time to follow up or provide even a basic explanation. I was forced to request a cancellation of the order due to this and a refund of my payment for which they have not yet completed after 1 1/2 weeks forcing me to proceed with a chargeback on my credit card.

The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was astounding. It’s unacceptable for a business to treat their customers this way, especially when reliable communication is the bare minimum. I would strongly advise anyone considering a purchase here to look elsewhere—this store is clearly not concerned with customer service or honoring their commitments. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this store at all costs!

Outstanding customer service! They delivered the appliance the same day since it was in stock. The installation team was friendly and even stacked our dryer back for us, which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommend for their efficiency and excellent service!

We purchased a Frigidaire 36” fridge from Smart Home Devices. Joe ( Salesperson ) was very nice, helpful and patient in our purchase details. Zareen was equally helpful in coordinating. Our fridge was delivered as discussed- delivery people were very good. We are pleased with the purchase and will be purchasing a large TV in the near future from them.

Had an issue with my new GE washer dryer. The technician Nick was very prompt, and came in the next day and figured out the issue was with the board. He got a new board and came in few days later and fixed it. Now its working like a charm! Really happy with Nicks work here!

Sai and his team are awesome. They delivered the fridge, dishwasher, stove, washer and dryer to my place as and agreed. Not only that, I changed my mind a few times on my appliance choice and they accommodated me. They even came back on short to move my washer and dryer from the basement upstairs and installed it.
