Inside people were very helpful and friendly. The lumber yard area needs work. Waited 15 minutes for someone to help. They came up after we blew the horn for help. It looked as if they were expecting me to load up everything myself. Doug Ashy building materials has better service.

At 6:50PM on a Thursday, they had zero cashiers. A dozen of us customers had to check out at the customer service desk (this lady was very nice). Don't shop at Stines unless you have plenty of time to waste. Terrible leadership of this store.

Today we went to Stines, Nelson Road and a sales associate by the name of Sky helped us! He went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed. The store did not have everything but Sky went above and beyond, he called another Stines store and they had the items which we needed and will have it delivered to Stines on Nelson Road! Thank you so much Sky!! Great customer and dedication to your customers! We appreciate you and can’t tell you how much we thank you for helping us today!! Sky is a huge benefit to Stines!!!

Went to the garden center it just the saddest thing ever. Dead plants everywhere. If they can't be bothered to take of their products, I can't imagine how they treat customers.

I came here to get products for killing bumblebees, We have a pool party today for my grandchildren, And the nest is right next to the pool, I was stung last week, Due to the Bees aggressiveness, Wasn’t going to happen today with my grandchildren! Was looking for some kind of chemical spray that would knock them down, and another that would be a residual effect, Thanks to the folks at Stine, I left with different products, It started off with one person helping me, I explained the same of what happen above, And it’s like they took it personal, And they were treating their own backyard, 3 - 4 people were involved, The last guy not only showed me what would work, but showed me this picture of what happened within 10 minutes of hanging the Trap / product, To me that goes a long way, and I appreciate it more than you’ll ever know, Thank You!

I love Stines! In the last year, I have discovered their drive through lumber yard - life changing. Instead of lugging things along out to my truck and loading up, I load up, pay, and don’t have to handle it twice. Moreover, the lumber is better quality.

Their products in general seem to have a better quality.

Very bad. Went and bought a dishwasher on Sunday. Delivery day was today,Tuesday. Could not give me a time frame. Said they would call me on the way. Got to our home and said that they do not do stairs. We were never told that and there was nothing in writing. I was told to have signs in the appliance department. I wasn't reading signs I was looking at dishwashers They left with my paid for dishwasher. I feel like that should have been told to us verbally and in writing. Horrible customer service.
