I went to get a picture taken for a government document, which required specific but fairly standard specifications. I showed the employee a paper outlining ALL the requirements, but she barely glanced at it. When it was time to take the picture, she seemed unfamiliar with how to operate the camera. I needed one photo from the front and another from the side profile. After taking the front photo, she immediately walked away, and I had to chase after her to remind her about the profile shot. This was clearly stated in the instruction sheet, and I had mentioned it several times. She seemed annoyed that I was asking her to follow through.
I also needed to ship the photos along with a few other documents that day. I waited over 20 minutes to get help again, and eventually, another employee assisted me—but she had no idea what she was doing. Since accuracy was crucial, I handed her my ID to ensure my name was entered correctly. Despite this, she spelled it wrong, and I had to correct her. She continued with the rest of the information but kept running into an "error" she didn’t know how to resolve. I spent at least 25 more minutes waiting as another staff member helped her troubleshoot. After multiple failed attempts and unexplained pricing changes, she finally managed to print the shipping label.
To make matters worse, she didn’t know that the shipping bags had a peel-off backing to stick the label onto the envelope. She went to look for tape, and I had to explain how the bags worked.
This experience was frustrating because these are simple tasks, and I had already made things easier by bringing all the necessary information, clearly printed out. The staff barely spoke the language, didn’t listen, and were completely untrained. I hope I never have to return to that location again.

One employee had no clue what she was saying and wrongfully informed me. An other employee, I think he also sell cellphone packages, was extremely resourceful and helped me with exactly what I needed. The guy at the registrer had just demonstrated zero customer service skill, it was kind of rude in a way. At this point I don’t even blame it on the individual people, this is showing poor management. You can definitely do better. (Email was sent to [email protected]) but if you are the owner of the store I am not sure why you would want me to email a general customer service email clearly painting the poor management of the employee in this specific store.

UPDATE- I would also like to add- I was back here today (November 28th) Had Bleu helping me this time- he was just as fantastic! Thank you for being so helpful and kind! Appreciate the wonderful service you both gave me!

I went in today for an iPhone cable and it was like the twilight zone.

As soon as I got inside staff were fighting with each other, thought it was just playful banter until I got to the till. 3 staff members were fighting with each other over the smallest things (like getting a monitor out of the display case). Another staff member was absolutely berating some poor girl buying paper for absolutely no reason all (then lectured her...for nonsense), while 2 other staff behind the till argued loudly with each other. Meanwhile there were 9 people in line.

Mind blowing experience. Only reason I didn't leave 1* is because a nice young gentlemen was very helpful and not involved in the conflict, but holy moly where is your management staff?

if you want make 5 trips across the city and explain yourself each time because staff can’t understand what you’ve explained each time. and then have them laugh at you when you come in, then this is the place for you. employee “Twinkle” had described me, “comes in angry” in front of many employees and customers getting a laugh out of them, not understanding I had been here 5 times in a day (and she had seen me kindly reexplain everytime) because staff had messed up my usb and form everytime, but decided to crack jokes when I lost my temper coming in the 5th time. manager was nice enough to make it work, but the rest of the staff is extremely unreliable and rude.

Went into Staples specifically so I didn’t get the wrong poster print I made the order with them told them exactly the size I wanted had reference and everything. The lady helped me at the counter make the order online. I triple confirmed everything before ordering because I was not the actual person picking up the order as I was out of town when it was being delivered just to come home to the completely wrong size. Thank you for absolutely nothing and wasting my time.
